I am begging for help. Yes, I admit I have tried but not terribly hard to do this but I am trying to transfer a bunch of old live tapes that I recorded off the radio to CD-R. My problem is that I get one giant aiff file as I use CD Spin Doctor (1999). My cassette player is plugged into my MAC. I have Roxio Toast 5.2 and Jam 5.0.1 but cannot seem to find a simple way to listen to my aiff file and simply place a track mark where I want it and have a continuous live sound.
I know I can define tracks using Spin Doctor but that doesn't work for live tracks. A step by step help sheet would be greatly appreciatted. I know I am not the only one out there that has this problem.

You just need to guess where the tracks should split, then play that selection. When you hear the spot where the tracks should split, you can define the tracks in Spin Doctor. The instructions were pretty clear, ISTR.

I had a live CD-R that I wanted to copy, but could not get my drive to read it properly. So I ended up recording it with Spin Doctor, splitting the long AIFF file into tracks, and burning to CD. I didn't have any trouble at all splitting the tracks. H.B.
